Full Journal pdf2003-05-09 House Journal Page 1508 HB 215 The following was again before the House in second reading (page 1502): CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(STA) "An Act relating to art requirements for public buildings and facilities; relating to identification, monitoring, maintenance, and reporting of art in public buildings and facilities; and relating to the art in public places fund." Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Morgan: Page 1, line 6, following "percent": Delete "[OR, IN THE CASE OF A RURAL SCHOOL FACILITY, AT LEAST ONE-HALF OF ONE PERCENT]" 2003-05-09 House Journal Page 1509 Insert "or, in the case of a rural school facility, at least one half of one percent" Representative Morgan moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Guttenberg: Page 1, line 1, following "relating to": Insert "retaining at least one percent of the first $10,000,000 of state funding for the construction of a building or facility approved for construction by the legislature and at least one-half of one percent of that portion of state funding that exceeds $10,000,000" Page 1, line 3, following "relating to" Insert "retaining" Representative Guttenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Objection was heard. Representative Guttenberg moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 215(STA) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 215(STA) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 215(STA) am pass the House?"
